ARPANSA Advise Consumers that Providers are Obligated to Have a Laser/IPL Safety Certificate

In long-awaited ARPANSA advice to consumers, they are told that providers have a duty of care to hold and display a current laser/IPL safety certificate from an accredited provider. 

This is in line with the Australia/NZ Standards released in early 2018 and is advice welcomed by Bravura Education.
